AnnJae Styles

AnnJae Styles is a dynamic creative professional with over 25 years of experience spanning operations, administration, beauty, and event production. Originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, she moved to Charlotte in 2017 with her three children, bringing with her a vibrant passion for the arts and a deep commitment to community.

A licensed cosmetologist with additional studies in architecture, journalism, and design, AnnJae’s wide-ranging expertise reflects her multifaceted interests. In Charlotte, she has worked as a beauty lead and producer on music videos, fashion shows, and both local and international commercial productions. Her eye for detail and love of storytelling shine through in every project she touches.

She is the founder of Rock the Runway: The Community Models, a Fayetteville-based event that gave 64 everyday individuals the opportunity to shine and brought together 10 local businesses in celebration and service. AnnJae’s love of the stage has also led her to participate in performances such as Karaoke Idol and Dancing with the Fayetteville Stars, raising funds for community causes while connecting with others through the joy of performance.

A former Social Chair for Fayetteville Young Professionals, AnnJae is known for her creativity, warmth, and ability to bring structure and positivity to every team. Now serving as Office Manager at Carolina Voices, she combines her leadership skills and artistic background to support the organization’s creative mission. She was introduced to Carolina Voices through her fiancé, Lucas, a devoted member of over 18 years, and is proud to now contribute professionally to the organization's vibrant legacy.
