Stage Manager

Carolina Voices is seeking an experienced Stage Manager for the 2026 Singing Christmas Tree at Halton Theater. This role will work closely with the creative and production team to coordinate rehearsals, technical elements, performers, crew, scene changes, and backstage activity. The Stage Manager will help keep the production organized and on schedule during technical rehearsals and performances, call cues during the show, and serve as the central point of communication backstage. We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organized, comfortable managing people and moving pieces, and experienced with live theatrical, concert, or large-scale performance productions. Assistant Stage Manager

Carolina Voices is seeking an Assistant Stage Manager for the 2026 Singing Christmas Tree at Halton Theater. This position will support the Stage Manager and production team throughout technical rehearsals and performances, helping coordinate performers and crew backstage, manage entrances and exits, assist with scene and equipment changes, relay information between backstage areas, and make sure people and production elements are in place when needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, attentive, comfortable in a fast-moving backstage environment, and able to respond quickly when plans change. Full job description can be downloaded here.
