 Singing Outside the Box

VOX is Carolina Voices’ most demanding, innovative and eclectic ensemble, performing repertoire of all genres, styles and formats.  A collaborative choral venture between Carolina Voices and Central Piedmont Community College, the 24-32-member ensemble presents cutting-edge performances and music, often in collaboration with some of the region’s finest artists from all disciplines.  VOX has performed with the Charlotte Symphony and Jazz Orchestras, at the Tosco Music Party, with Nu Kids on the Block, Gospel up-and-comer Dennis Reed & G.A.P., Maha Gingrich’s Dances of India, Son de Cuba, and over 200 other artists and institutions from a panoply of cultures and artistic disciplines.
