Carolina Voices' FESTIVAL SINGERS

Festival Singers is the classic music choir of Carolina Voices, consisting of 26-32 auditioned singers.  The ensemble specializes in small-form compositions ranging from Renaissance motets to newly composed 20th and 21st century masterpieces, both accompanied and a cappella.  The ensemble’s purpose is to present/perform a high quality of diverse music selections while striving to preserve the integrity of the music, both traditional and contemporary choral music.  It is the intent to perform music that reaches a variety of communities, socially and culturally.  Small, intimate venues are selected as to create a connection between the audience and the singers and to help educate audiences about the music being performed.
